Deanna Kane is a certified personal trainer (ACE) originally from Chicago, IL. She moved to Arizona in 2008 and quickly immersed herself into the fitness industry. She originally became passionate about health at the age of 15, after losing her mother to breast cancer. The loss of her mother opened her eyes and she instantly took an interest in how a proper diet and nutrition regimen could positively effect the body. This became her catalyst for change, and health quickly became her top priority. “Everything just clicked, everything made sense. I wanted to fuel my body properly in order to feel good, and I wanted to feel good, in order to perform better. It had this amazing ripple effect. Once I started fueling my body properly and becoming stronger, I became a better friend, business owner, family member, and spouse. The better I treated myself, the better I was treating others. Fitness built my self-esteem, confidence, as well as my mental and emotional well being. It also taught me discipline and it allowed me to see my true potential while challenging me to find out what I am actually capable of. I truly feel like fitness saved my life.”
It has become Deanna’s passion and purpose to educate and instruct other’s on how to become more active and make life-long lifestyle changes.
